Els Engel is the training coordinator and the person responsible for the entire back-office at Communicum. She supports the trainers in all of their activities and is the first point of contact at Communicum. Her biggest talents are organizing and planning. With her Hotel Management School background, Els scores high on the Belbin team roles of Completer, Finisher, Implementer and Teamworker, which complements the Communicum team perfectly.
