Vision

Communicum believes that there should be a stronger focus on the potential in people. That vision is the foundation of Communicum. Communicum is a training and coaching agency created in 2003 from a partnership between the agency’s current managing partners: Richard Maddocks and Eric van Paridon.

Since then, Communicum has become a distinguished coaching and training agency with experienced professionals and a proven track record. Communicum primarily focuses on the ICT sector and the business and financial services sector.
